What we collect
- Forms. When you send a Dev Request, subscribe or use the contact form, we receive what you enter (e-mail, phone, message, optional attachment) and use it only to answer you or to send the newsletter you asked for. Requests and subscriptions are stored in our database for 12 months or until you ask us to delete them. Every newsletter has an unsubscribe link.
- Server logs. Our hosting records technical data (IP address, browser, pages requested) to run and protect the site.
Cookies
- Necessary: form protection (including Google reCAPTCHA, loaded only when you use a form), post rating, and your cookie choice.
- Analytics (with your consent): Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity, to see how the blog is used.
- Comments (with your consent): Disqus, which sets its own cookies, including for advertising.
You can change your choice at any time with Cookie settings at the bottom of every page.
Third parties
Google, Microsoft and Disqus may process data in the USA under their own privacy policies: Google, Microsoft, Disqus.
Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct or delete your data, or withdraw your consent, through the contact form. You may also complain to your data protection authority.
